Performance Marketing Expert for Google

We're looking for a
highly experienced performance marketer
who truly understands the ins and outs of
Google Ads
and
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
. This is not a basic ad management role — we need a
strategic growth partner
who can take multiple ad accounts under management, drive measurable ROI, and scale campaigns profitably across eCommerce and service-based businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    high-ROI paid advertising strategies
    across Google & Meta platforms.
  • Manage
    multiple ad accounts
    , monitor performance, and optimize daily to hit KPIs.
  • Create and test
    ad creatives, copy, and funnels
    that convert.
  • Conduct
    audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
    .
  • Implement proper
    pixel, tracking, and conversion setup
    (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Build
    retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience funnels
    that maximize ROAS.
  • Provide
    weekly performance reports
    with insights, metrics, and next-step recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of
    successful ad spend management
    ($10K+/month budgets).
  • Deep knowledge of
    Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
    and
    Meta Ads (Advantage+, Retargeting, Lookalikes)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    data analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
    .
  • Experience handling
    multiple eCommerce brands or service clients
    simultaneously.
  • Ability to deliver
    consistent results
    and scale profitably.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with
    Shopify
    ,
    Klaviyo
    , or
    Google Merchant Center
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
    and funnel building.
  • Familiarity with
    international targeting
    (UAE, USA, KSA, UK markets).
