We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on ROI-driven strategies, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth audience targeting, segmentation, and keyword research to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize spending for best results.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends, platform updates, and ad policies.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing creatives and messaging.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance digital marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, bidding strategies, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C performance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing as a plus.
