We're Hiring: Student Coordinator

Location: DHA, phase 4, Lahore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are on the lookout for a Student Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about helping students shape their academic future and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:


• Guide students through the entire university application process.


• Write and edit compelling personal statements and motivation letters tailored to each student's goals.


• Apply to universities on behalf of students, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.


• Communicate regularly with students and parents, providing updates and support throughout the process.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international university admission requirements and deadlines (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).


• Collaborate with our counseling, marketing, and admissions teams to deliver seamless service.


• Assist in organizing and participating in education expos, school visits, and university webinars.


• Keep meticulous records of student progress using our internal systems.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree


• Excellent writing skills, especially for formal and academic content.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple student applications at once.


• Familiarity with international university application portals (UCAS, Common App, etc.) is a plus.


• A proactive and empathetic attitude toward student needs.
