Business Development lead/executive

We are looking for a full-time B2B Business Development Manager. The person will be creating and applying an effective marketing and sales strategy and your primary goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. Someone with a solid experience in business development for software. The candidate needs to have a solid understanding of different software technologies. The candidate must have the following
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager in B2B software space preferably IT services and IT consulting and managing Upwork profile.
- Market Knowledge
- Proven experience in outbound marketing (Cold emailing, calling, etc.) and
in Marketing and Sales
- Communication and Negotiation Skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, Linkedin Sales Nav, Mass emailing tools etc.

ood understanding of
different software technologies
- Ability to generate
B2B leads from Upwork
- Experience in
Upwork bidding
, proposal writing, and client communication
- Ability to manage and close
Upwork contracts
and maintain a strong profile
