Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced
IT Executive

to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, network security, and end-user support while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, authentication, troubleshooting)
  • Administer file servers and shared drives with proper access controls
  • Configure and manage firewalls (pfSense preferred)
  • Implement cybersecurity policies, threat detection, and system hardening
  • Provide technical support and resolve user complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain CCTV systems, including installation and troubleshooting
  • Manage web hosting, cPanel, domains, and email configurations
  • Support cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) as required
