Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
IT Administrator
to manage, maintain, and support our company's IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, networks, and security systems, while also providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Implement and maintain IT security policies, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection.
  • Perform regular system backups and recovery testing.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets (computers, servers, printers, etc.).
  • Provide technical support to staff (onsite and remote).
  • Ensure timely updates and patch management for all systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of IT security and data protection principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
