is a growing software development startup looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join our team remotely.
We are looking for someone who can
bring leads, negotiate with clients, and successfully close projects
. Since we are a startup, this position is
commission-based only
. You will earn
20% commission per successfully closed project
— the more projects you bring, the more you earn.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Engage with potential clients and present our software development services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT/software services).
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently in a
remote environment
.
