Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – Project Sales, located in Karachi Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving project sales, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, achieving growth, and planning sales efforts. The Sales Manager will also oversee contract negotiations, project timelines, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Management and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and business development
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Leadership skills and experience managing sales teams
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or project sales is a plus
