We are seeking a results-driven and experienced resource in our Elevators business. This position will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business. This position involves developing strategic relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. Analyse market data, sales trends, and competitors activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and secure new projects.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as project management and customer service to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and excellent customer support.
  • Lead, monitor, provide training, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and customer-eccentricity within the sales team.

Qualification:

  • Must have a min of bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4+ years progressive experience in the Elevators field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
