Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Project Sales Executive
to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving project sales for contracting and material supply divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in contracting and material supply projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client networking, and tender participation.
  • Collaborate with the project and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government departments (MES, DGDP, NLC, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Represent Build Con at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
    (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years
    of experience in project or B2B sales within the
    construction or contracting industry
    .
  • Proven experience working with
    government and defense organizations
    is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of
    HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
