Job Title: Project Sales Manager

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: BBA or MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Building Materials projects.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and government clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement heads in public and private sectors.

Manage the complete tendering and bidding process for MEP and building material supplies, coordinating with technical, estimation, and procurement teams.

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based meetings with clients and consultants.

Monitor project pipelines, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to support strategic decisions.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for MEP systems, HVAC equipment, fire protection systems, and related materials.

Work closely with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate technical compliance and timely project delivery.

Represent Build Con at industry events, consultant offices, trade exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and business opportunities.
