Welcome Shipping Aids (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a well-spoken Customer Service Representative to be responsible for the following job description.

Responsibilities:

  • Send introductory emails to the different network partners.
  • Respond to requests for quotations that are received from new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's requirements.
  • Gather and document customer information and reactions.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information accurately.
  • Develop and maintain both new and existing client relationship.
  • Keeping up to date with industry's development and trends.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have knowledge and experience about freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong background and understanding in customer service principles.
  • Ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Proficient in English.

Skills:

Excellent communication and phone skills.

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Patience, persuasive, persistent.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
