We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven 2 years customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficient with computers and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
