Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for the agency's marketing and digital services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare business pitches, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to build connections.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Experience : 1 to 2 years.

Salary Package: 40,000 to 45,000

Work Mode: Onsite

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Location: Lahore
