About the Role:

We're looking for a
creative, data-driven TikTok & Meta Ads Marketer
to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have the stats and results we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to drive conversions, brand awareness, and growth for our clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both
creative storytelling and performance marketing
— blending content strategy with analytical insight to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage
    TikTok Ads
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Conduct
    audience research
    ,
    creative testing
    , and
    budget optimization
    to maximize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and video concepts.
  • Track campaign performance using Ads Manager and analytics tools, providing clear reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.
  • Assist in
    retargeting campaigns
    ,
    funnel optimization
    , and
    A/B testing

  • Manage ad spend efficiently while meeting KPIs and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running successful
    TikTok and Meta ad campaigns
    .
  • Must have the stats and results we need for TikTok and Meta from you.
  • Strong understanding of
    ad creatives, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Business Suite
    ,
    TikTok Ads Manager
    , and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience with
    eCommerce
    ,
    lead generation
    , or
    brand awareness
    campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker who understands social media trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like
    Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere
    for video editing.
  • Familiarity with
    Shopify
    or
    landing page builders
    (ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
