About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, launch, and scale paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok for both
B2B SaaS funnels
(trial/demo/MQL→SQL→Pipeline) and
E-commerce
growth (AOV/ROAS/MER). You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization end-to-end—partnering with content, design, product, and RevOps to hit aggressive growth targets.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid acquisition:
    Build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/PerfMax/YouTube/Display), and TikTok (including Spark/whitelisting).
  • Full-funnel strategy:
    Architect SaaS journeys (TOFU→BOFU, lead gen → trial → activation) and E-com funnels (prospecting, retargeting, LTV).
  • Budget & forecasting:
    Allocate spend by channel, set targets, forecast CAC/ROAS, and manage daily/weekly pacing.
  • Creative testing engine:
    Brief, test, and iterate on hooks, angles, UGC, and ad formats; establish a weekly creative testing cadence.
  • Landing page & CRO:
    Partner with design/dev to A/B test pages, offers, and pricing; improve CVR with clear hypotheses.
  • Attribution & tracking:
    Maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI); validate events and fix signal loss.
  • Measurement:
    Build dashboards, analyze cohorts, and report insights; make decisions with data, not vibes.
  • Lifecycle alignment:
    Coordinate with email/CRM to nurture leads, reduce churn, and grow LTV.
  • Compliance & brand safety:
    Follow platform policies and ensure compliant copy/creative in regulated categories (if applicable).

You Have

  • 4–7+ years
    running high-spend campaigns across
    Meta, Google, and TikTok
    .
  • Proven wins in
    both
    B2B
    SaaS
    (MQL quality, pipeline contribution, payback)
    and
    E-commerce
    (ROAS/MER, LTV growth).
  • Strong grasp of
    attribution
    (first/last touch, data-driven), incrementality testing, and media mix thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with
    GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
    , and platform pixels; comfort with
    server-side tagging/CAPI
    .
  • Comfortable building
    landing page tests
    (e.g., Webflow/React/Shopify + A/B tools) and partnering closely with designers.
  • Excellent brief writing, hypothesis-driven testing, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Shopify/WooCommerce/Stripe
    and
    HubSpot/Salesforce
    for SaaS lead flow.

    MQL→SQL rate, CAC & Payback, Pipeline/ARR influenced, Activation/Retention lift.
  • E-com:
    ROAS & MER, AOV & CVR, CPA, LTV/CAC ratio, New vs. Returning mix.
  • Efficiency:
    Creative win rate, test velocity, tracking accuracy, forecast vs. actuals.
