Position Purpose:

IKONIC is seeking passionate and ambitious fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science who are excited to begin their professional journey in Human Resources This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to contribute to real HR projects that drive our people and culture forward.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 06 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply0

HR Intern Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for technical roles such as developers, engineers, and designers.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding efforts through content, outreach, and event coordination.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring dashboards.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to automate or enhance recruitment workflows where possible.
