We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement while working closely with our HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Help in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Handle basic HR-related queries and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
