Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Peshawar District. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. They will also be involved in developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the store's overall profitability. Additional tasks may include handling customer inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness, and coordinating with the head office for any required support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Management and Store Operations
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Stock Control
  • Effective Communication and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Prior experience in the retail footwear industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
