We are looking for a mid-level SharePoint Developer to design, develop and maintain our SharePoint Online environment. This role will focus on building business-ready sites, document libraries, lists, workflows and collaboration solutions that empower teams across the organization. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Strategic Operations to execute on our digital workplace roadmap. While SharePoint development is the primary focus, experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development (Core Focus)

Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, content types and permissions.

Customize pages, forms and workflows to meet business requirements.

Implement document management and knowledge-sharing solutions.

Support governance and administration of SharePoint sites and user access.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues for business teams.

Collaboration & Integrations

Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into SharePoint solutions. Ensure smooth integration of SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

Assist with connecting SharePoint to tools like Slack, Notion and Jira as needed.

Power Platform (Secondary)

Extend SharePoint functionality with Power Apps for custom forms and apps.

Automate approval flows, alerts and notifications using Power Automate.

Support reporting through Power BI dashboards when required.

Support & Documentation

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption.

Document configurations, workflows and governance standards.

Key Skills & Experience

Must-Have (Core)

2–4 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.

Strong knowledge of lists, libraries, workflows, permissions and site customization.

Familiarity with SPFx, PowerShell scripting, REST API/Graph API (basic to intermediate).

Experience with intranet or document management projects.

Nice-to-Have (Plus)

Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

Experience integrating SharePoint with Slack, Jira, Notion, or other SaaS tools.

Basic knowledge of Dataverse and JSON.

Expectations from this Role

Deliver functional SharePoint sites and solutions that improve collaboration and document management.

Maintain clean, scalable and secure site structures.

Provide at least 1 lightweight automation or Power App per quarter (where feasible). Work closely with the Head of Strategic Operations to implement the digital workplace vision.

Be proactive in suggesting improvements to workflows and collaboration processes.
