About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft PowerApps Developer with strong front-end development expertise in React and TypeScript to design, develop, and optimize business-critical applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable, user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services, while ensuring a modern, intuitive UI experience through advanced React components and custom TypeScript integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerApps Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps solutions.
  • Customize and extend PowerApps using React components, PCF (PowerApps Component Framework), and TypeScript.
  • Implement business logic and workflows using Power Automate, PowerFx, and Power BI integrations.
  • Ensure responsive, performance-optimized, and maintainable applications.

Integration & Customization

  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure APIs.
  • Develop reusable components and services using React + TypeScript.
  • Work closely with back-end developers and architects to ensure seamless data flow and API communication.

Architecture & Governance

  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design reviews.
  • Follow best practices in Power Platform security, data governance, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Implement CI/CD for Power Platform environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional development teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in PowerApps and Power Platform development.

Strong front-end development experience in React and TypeScript.

Proficiency in Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Azure services.

Hands-on experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OData integrations.

Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to build intuitive user interfaces.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or higher.
  • Experience with Power BI, Azure Functions, and Dynamics 365.
  • Exposure to DevOps automation and CI/CD for Power Platform.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
