Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation budget, allocating spend to channels and campaigns that deliver the highest volume of qualified leads.
  • Define and optimize the customer journey from ad click to form submission to sales handoff.
  • Manage hands-on campaign execution across key lead gen channels, primarily:

o Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta / Facebook

  • Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and form fields to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Go beyond vanity metrics; deeply analyze campaign performance based on Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Qualified Lead, Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate, and Pipeline Influence.
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards to report on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue to leadership.
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels and conversion APIs for accurate attribution.
