About the Role

Romeo's Consulting & Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple online platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, with the ability to identify account-related issues, coordinate with the in-house team for resolution, and drive performance improvements across all e-commerce channels.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience managing online stores and digital operations in a fast-paced international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy stores to ensure smooth performance and order fulfillment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in store performance, listings, or account health, coordinating with in-house teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maintain consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor store analytics, KPIs, and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify) and address account warnings or suspensions proactively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and new tools or integrations to enhance online store performance.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing Shopify, Amazon, and/or Etsy accounts.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, SEO for e-commerce, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with account troubleshooting, issue resolution, and compliance management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Shopify Admin, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work the night shift to align with U.S. operations.
