We're looking for a creative and technically capable
Brand Development & Marketing Executive

to shape Better Devices' message across global markets. You'll be responsible for driving our brand presence, managing digital assets, and creating marketing materials that reflect our expertise in embedded systems.

You'll work closely with the Founder and Sales team to build brand awareness, attract high-quality clients, and strengthen our positioning as a trusted engineering partner.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Brand:
    Turn our technical expertise into a strong, clear, and memorable brand identity.
  • Own the Digital Space :

Keep our website updated, fast, and beautiful.
- Design Magic :

Create visuals, case studies, and marketing materials that look as good as they read.
- Write with Purpose :

Craft copy for web, email, and social that feels human, smart, and relevant.
- Spread the word :

Run email marketing campaigns, manage newsletters, and experiment with new ways to connect.
- Collaborate & Create :

Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and sales team to align marketing with business goals.
- Analyze and Improve:

Track what's working, learn what's not, and always be iterating

What we're looking for

  • You have a knack for turning complex tech stuff into clear, exciting stories.
  • You understand how brands are built,  and can spot bad design from a mile away.
  • You can write a copy that people actually want to read (bonus if you enjoy writing emails).
  • You know your way around WordPress.
  • You enjoy designing in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools and care about good aesthetics.
  • You like learning new tools and experimenting with marketing ideas.
  • You're curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • You like working closely with the founder and being trusted with real ownership
