Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for multiple trading brands
  • Manage and evolve Proximus Solutions Limited's brand architecture and trading brand identities
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brands and touchpoints
  • Oversee social media presence for each trading brand, particularly on TikTok and Facebook
  • Analyze market trends in the energy efficiency sector and adapt brand strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in paid advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and improve brand performance metrics across all trading brands
  • Develop a content strategy to establish our brand as thought leaders in energy efficiency
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Ensure brand alignment between the parent company and trading brands

Required Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple brands within a brand portfolio
  • Proven track record in digital brand development
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly TikTok and Facebook
  • Experience in B2C marketing
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong remote working capabilities with excellent self-management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of the energy efficiency or home improvement sector
  • Experience with government-funded schemes or public sector projects
  • Understanding of sustainability marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Multi-brand management experience
