Job Title: Head of Engineering / Technical LeadAbout the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 
Head of Engineering / Technical Lead
 to lead our technical team, drive product innovation, and architect scalable solutions across our products. This role requires deep expertise in 
AI
, 
product research
, and 
full-stack development
, combined with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

  • Lead, grow, and mentor the engineering team across backend, frontend, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA.
  • Architect end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee all technical decisions and maintain high coding/engineering standards.

Product & Innovation

  • Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and identify new technology opportunities.
  • Work closely with product managers and founders to convert product ideas into technical roadmaps.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered features, automation systems, and intelligent workflows.

Development & Execution

  • Guide full-stack development across modern frameworks , , Python, etc.).
  • Build and deploy high-performance APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  • Oversee DevOps processes including CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure scaling.

Quality & Security

  • Establish engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and documentation.
  • Implement high-level security standards, data privacy, and compliance protocols.
  • Perform regular code reviews, technical audits, and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and engineering leadership.
  • Strong expertise in 
    AI/ML
    , data pipelines, automation, and intelligent systems.
  • Mastery of 
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    ,

    Python
    , and API development.
  • Deep understanding of 
    cloud platforms
     (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure scaling.
  • Experience with 
    microservices

    system architecture
    , and high-load applications.
  • Ability to perform and guide 
    product research
     and translate findings into strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Shopify, SaaS platforms, or e-commerce systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
  • Background in building AI-powered products or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of security standards, API rate limiting, and distributed systems.
