Business Development Executive – Lahore Office

We are a multinational company with our head office in the U.S., a second branch in Karachi, and now expanding with a third office in Lahore. We are looking for a resilient Business Development Executive with proven experience in the restaurant industry to join our growing team.

Business Development Executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase additional products or features, and staying updated with industry trends. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Responsibilitie

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Remain in tune with industry consumption trends to keep our offerings relevant.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development within the restaurant industry (mandatory).
  • Extensive overall sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying client pain points and offering suitable solutions.
  • Professional yet approachable demeanor.
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Motivated and emboldened by challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs70, Rs150,000.00 per month
