A reputable software house, located in Karachi is looking for an experienced
Blockchain Developer
to lead the
design, development, and architecture
of decentralized solutions. This role requires deep expertise in
smart contracts, decentralized architecture, blockchain integration and scalable backend systems
. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the stack from protocol level development to frontend integration with Web3 components.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors / Masters in Software Engineering.
• 3–6 years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end decentralized solutions.
• Strong understanding of multi-chain ecosystems and Web3 architecture.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and BAs for requirement analysis and delivery.
• Familiarity with DAO governance, tokenomics, and decentralized reputation systems.
• Exposure to mining protocols, PoW/PoS, or DeFi ecosystems is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Architecture & Design

• Define and implement scalable blockchain architectures.
• Design cross-chain communication layers and token intelligence frameworks.
• Develop pipelines for blockchain analytics, token metrics, and telemetry data.

Blockchain Development

• Build and deploy smart contracts (tokens, NFTs, staking, DeFi, governance).
• Integrate multi-chain support (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, BNB Chain, Cosmos, etc.).
• Implement registries, marketplaces, and decentralized protocols.

Integration & APIs

• Connect with RPC/Node services, subgraphs, oracles (Chainlink/API3), IPFS/Ceramic.
• Develop REST/GraphQL APIs for blockchain and protocol data.
• Ensure compatibility with WalletConnect, ENS, and DAO tools.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage blockchain infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Integrate telemetry and monitoring systems for performance and reliability.
• Build automation bots for optimization and orchestration.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce RBAC, tokenized access, and audit logging.
• Apply contract security best practices and coordinate audits.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and ESG standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with
  Project Managers (PMs), Business Analysts (BAs), designers, and full-stack engineers
  to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide
  technical leadership
  , mentor juniors, and document key architectural decisions.

Core Technical Skills Required

• Blockchain Development:
  Solidity, Rust, or Go (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos SDK, Substrate).
• Smart Contracts:
  ERC-20, ERC-721/1155, DeFi contracts (DEX, lending, staking).
• Cross-Chain & Infrastructure:
  Multi-chain RPC, bridges, oracles, IPFS, Ceramic, The Graph.
• Back-End:
  / / Go with Web3 libraries , ).
• Front-End Integration:
  with Web3Modal/WalletConnect, Tailwind UI.
• Data & Analytics:
  Real-time monitoring (Prometheus, ELK, Subgraph indexing).
• Cloud & Orchestration:
  AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Security:
  Cryptography, key management, smart contract audits.
• Other Tools:
  Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle).
