Job Summary:

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our Houston team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and client relations to build a strong foundation in business development.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, crafting compelling proposals, and leveraging LinkedIn to connect with potential clients. Your excellent communication and client handling skills will be key to converting prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities using various tools and strategies.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social selling techniques to source, engage, and qualify new leads.
  • Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email, and social media with a clear and professional tone.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop, write, and customize persuasive business proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience from first contact onward.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the senior sales team to move leads through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in proposal writing and creating business documents.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for Sales, including using it to find and connect with potential clients.
  • Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site environment.
