Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor, located in Lahore. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, including university and program selection, application preparation, and visa assistance. Other day-to-day tasks include providing career counseling, customer service, and personalized advice on scholarships and financial aid. The role also involves conducting pre-departure orientations to ensure students are well-prepared for their international journey.

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the Education sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for counseling and support services
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
