About the role

We're hiring a Student Counsellor to provide end-to-end guidance to students pursuing higher education overseas. You'll manage the full funnel—from enquiry and profile assessment to admissions, visa filing, and pre-departure—while meeting monthly conversion targets.

What you'll do

  • Conduct structured counselling sessions; assess academics, budget, and goals to recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs (UK)
  • Own the application pipeline: document checklists, SOP guidance, application
  • Build relationships with university partners; coordinate webinars, fairs, and pre-departure briefings.
  • Deliver excellent service standards and uphold compliance/ethics at every stage.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years
    of proven experience in study-abroad counselling, international admissions, or education consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of entry requirements, application portals, and visa processes for major destinations.
  • Excellent communication (English & Urdu), stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Nice to have:
familiarity with scholarship searches, UCAS/Common App/agent portals; content or social outreach skills.
