We're looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders and deliveries, and support daily e-commerce operations with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Manage order processing from website and marketplaces (Daraz, Shopify, etc.).
- Coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate order and customer records.
- Assist in product uploads, stock management, and other back-end e-commerce tasks.
- Support management in day-to-day operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/ Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
