Educational Toys Pakistan is one of the country's leading online stores for learning and developmental toys. We're passionate about helping parents and teachers find the right educational products that inspire curiosity and creativity in children.

We're looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders and deliveries, and support daily e-commerce operations with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage order processing from website and marketplaces (Daraz, Shopify, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate order and customer records.
  • Assist in product uploads, stock management, and other back-end e-commerce tasks.
  • Support management in day-to-day operations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/ Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
