We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer with proven expertise in FAST accounting software and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in accordance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company accounts using FAST and QuickBooks.
  • Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger postings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely data entry, billing, and invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting documentation.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Maintain organized financial filing and documentation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / ACCA / MBA Finance preferred).
  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficient in FAST accounting software and QuickBooks.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
