About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Accountant
to join our finance team. This role will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Support cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP).
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
