Job Description

Al-Amin Salt Works (Pvt.) This role provides hands-on experience in managing end-to-end export processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and LC (Letter of Credit) documents.
  • Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
  • Maintain organized records of export shipments and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  • Support the export team in tracking shipments and resolving documentation discrepancies.
  • Help ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced export environment.
