Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Restaurant General Manager located in Karachi Division. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the restaurant's P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the role includes developing and managing budgets, and hiring and training staff to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will implement strategies to improve the restaurant's overall performance and profitability.

  • Hiring skills and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus
