Livraison Tech & Marketing Services looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder and Project Manager to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify relevant projects, write compelling proposals, communicate with potential clients, and ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of each project after it is awarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify high-potential projects on Upwork that align with our services.
  • Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs (no copy-paste templates).
  • Handle initial client communication, clarify requirements, and assist in closing deals.
  • Coordinate between clients and our internal execution team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and support post-delivery feedback and reviews.

Requirements:

  • roven experience in Upwork bidding and closing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of project scoping and requirement gathering.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in Design services is preferred.
  • Must be residing in Karachi, Pakistan.
