Location: This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. (Onsite)

About the role:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Organizational Development (OD) Intern to support the HR and OD team in executing key talent and organizational initiatives. This role involves hands-on work with talent data, systems, and analytics, alongside contributing to broader OD projects.

Your Typical Day will look like:

  • Help create and update Talent Cards for key employees.
  • Support data migration from LinkedIn and organize legacy data in current HR systems.
  • Work with HRBPs to compile and analyze Talent & Impact data.
  • Assist in OD projects like engagement surveys, leadership programs, and change initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and trackers in Excel.
  • Provide general support to the OD team and ensure timely updates on ongoing projects.

What we're looking for:

Education: Pursuing bachelors or Masters degree and in the last semester of their degree. Candidates who have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development will be a plus.  

Work experience: Fresh Graduate

  • Ability to use MS Excel and other MS tools.
