Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Virtual Assistant. In this position, you will perform day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support tailored to client needs. Core responsibilities include managing communications with tenants, setting appointments, assisting with property management CRM systems, handling bookkeeping tasks, and offering administrative and telemarketing support. You will engage with clients to ensure seamless operations and contribute to enhancing business processes.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills, including Tenant Communication, Appointment Setting, and Lease Renewals
  • Experience with Property Management CRMs (e.g., Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager) and providing Virtual Property Management Assistance
  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or Wave
  • Strong communication skills for Chat Support, Telemarketing, and client engagement
  • Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day operational tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in administrative, property management, or support roles is preferred
  • Experience in real estate or property management industries is beneficial
