Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore District for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will manage daily administrative functions, handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and provide organizational support to team members. They will coordinate tasks, manage data and records, and ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and business operations (experience in industries like Real Estate, Trading, or BPO is a plus)
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
