Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Dial Edge Telecom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a global reach, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in HR management, staying up-to-date with payroll processing and compliance reporting tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
