Role Overview

As a Junior Tech Developer, you'll support the product and technology teams in developing, documenting, and refining our AI-driven chatbot platform. This role involves working closely with product leads, developers, and data teams to translate ideas into structured product requirements, technical documentation, and working prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Strategy Support:

·      Contribute to product research, feature scoping, and strategic planning for the AI chatbot platform.

·      Assist in translating business goals into functional and technical requirements.

·      Support the creation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Technical & Analytical Work:

·      Support development and integration of AI, ML, and automation tools within the chatbot ecosystem.

·      Collaborate on testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of chatbot features.

·      Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to inform product enhancements.

Documentation & Communication:

·      Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, APIs, data flow diagrams, and integration notes.

·      Support coordination between cross-functional teams (tech, product, and operations).

·      Contribute to knowledge management, ensuring processes and learnings are well-documented.

Required Skills & Experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.

·      1–3 years of relevant experience in product development, software projects, or data-driven applications.

·      Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, or chatbot technologies (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or GPT-based systems).

·      Exposure to Python, APIs, and automation tools is preferred.

·      Strong analytical and documentation skills — able to write clear BRDs/PRDs and process flows.

·      Understanding of UI/UX principles, data structures, and system design basics.

·      Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a growth mindset.
