Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The role is primarily located in Multan, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
