Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in developing strategies, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.


• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.


• Schedule meetings, conduct cold calls, and engage potential clients.


• Manage bidding on Upwork and other freelance platforms.


• Generate quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.


• Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.


• Negotiate contracts, manage invoice closing, and ensure client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with the internal team to align sales efforts with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise:


• Minimum 3 years of experience


• Business Development & Sales

• Lead Generation (Upwork Bidding, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)


• Meeting Scheduling / Cold Calling


• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
