We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Hotel Industry) to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
- Maintain and update client databases, records, and sales reports.
- Follow up on leads, reservations, and payments.
- Support in planning and executing hotel promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, client visits, and familiarization tours.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or in a similar role (preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry).
- Strong knowledge of hotel services, event bookings, and sales operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems (Opera/IDS or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: Rs40,000
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
