About the Role:

Were seeking a Jr. Marketing All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at This role involves a mix of hands-on marketing tasks, research, and client communication. Youll handle everything from foundational GTM (Go-To-Market) work to executing full-scale campaigns. The work is varied but mostly focused on groundwork with occasional high-impact project execution.

What You'll Do:

Interesting Tasks (30% of workload):

  • AI testing: Creating prompts, experimenting with tools like Clay, and generating large-scale campaigns.
  • Designing and analyzing A/B tests on Meta and Google Ads, then reporting the results.
  • Participating in weekly client calls across teams (SEO, Email, Funnels, Affiliate), setting goals, tracking progress, and updating KPIs.
  • Translating marketing meetings into actionable projects, tasks, and reports using ClickUp.
  • Overseeing and designing key marketing projects.
  • Using mar-tech tools such as ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier, and Clay for execution and automation.

Routine Tasks (70% of workload):

  • Converting meeting notes into executable tasks and following up to ensure completion.
  • Nurturing LinkedIn leads and scheduling initial meetings.
  • Customizing and sending proposals, along with managing follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Strong grit and perseverance to handle repetitive or grunt work without losing motivation.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on getting things done.
  • Previous experience building marketing funnels.

Job Location: Gulshan Block 13, Karachi.
