Compensation:

  • Base Pay: Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 75,000 to PKR 130,000 post-training, based on performance tiers.
  • Commissions: Each sales bring commission (uncapped), rewarding your sales acumen and performance.
  • KPIs Rewards & Penalties: Benefit from a performance-based rewards system that recognizes and compensates your contributions to our goals.

Note: On-target earnings up to PKR 200K.

Work-Life Synergy:

Enjoy a balanced schedule with a UK based work hours from 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM | 02:00 PM to 10:30 PM | 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternate weekends off. This schedule supports a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to excel professionally and enjoy personal time.
