Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. This role demands hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models for real-world applications.
  • Optimize algorithms and models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Work on natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, or other AI domains as per project requirements.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune existing AI models to improve results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and research.
  • Prepare technical documentation, model reports, and project presentations.
  • Ensure AI solutions follow data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with international clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
  • Familiarity with AI APIs and services like AWS SageMaker, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs.
