We are looking for a motivated
HR Generalist
with strong expertise in day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with local labor laws. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, with the ability to balance both administrative and operational responsibilities.

What You'll Do
This position is ideal for an HR professional passionate about creating smooth HR processes, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll preparation by managing attendance, leaves, and related data.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Performance & Employee Relations

  • Assist in managing probation, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
  • Address employee concerns confidentially and professionally.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement and a healthy workplace

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and aligned with local labor laws.
  • Support drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs.

HR Administration & Development

  • Coordinate training and development sessions.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and routine HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management and decision-making.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with managers to align HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Recommend improvements for HR processes and workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all HR activities.

What You Know

  • 2–3 years of HR generalist/operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and local labor laws.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
