Role Overview

We are looking for a 
Data Mining Specialist
 to fuel our cold calling campaigns with accurate and targeted lead data. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, cleaning, and enriching large datasets, ensuring full compliance with U.S. telemarketing regulations. This role will directly support our call center's performance by delivering high-quality leads that drive conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mine and compile data from multiple sources (databases, third-party providers, public records, APIs, etc.).
  • Develop and refine targeted lead lists based on campaign requirements and ideal customer profiles.
  • Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Cross-check and scrub data against Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with call center managers and QA teams to align data with operational needs.
  • Provide regular reporting on data quality, lead performance, and campaign outcomes.
  • Recommend improvements in data sourcing and mining techniques to enhance ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data mining, lead generation, or database management (call center or telesales industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, lead management software, and predictive dialer integrations.
  • Understanding of U.S. compliance requirements (TCPA, DNC, HIPAA, GLBA, etc.).
  • Ability to handle large datasets with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience working with insurance or financial services leads.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems, dialer technology, and call center workflows.
  • Knowledge of data enrichment services and APIs.
